What proof of employment will be required?

You will need to provide evidence that you were working in a face-to-face role (i.e. not working at home doing remote work) at the time of your infection with covid-19. This can be via a letter from your trust/management team or a copy of your roster patterns and payslips covering the relevant period.

Relevant proof must be submitted at the time of application for membership and will need to be confirmed should you apply for a grant. If you are not physically able to complete the forms you can ask for help from a third party. In exceptional circumstances applications can be submitted on paper but the same proofs will be required.
