Covid is Airborne: You’re breathing it in
A powerful short video explaining how COVID spreads through the air like smoke, highlighting why ventilation, clean air and respiratory protection matter.

A study published in March 2026 in Infection found that:
Many healthcare workers still have symptoms years later – nearly 4 years after infection, around 6 in 10 still reported at least one symptom.
Fatigue, brain fog, and loss of smell or taste were the most common ongoing problems.
Symptoms generally improved over time, but for many people they did not go away completely.
In this study about 4 in 10 healthcare workers initially reported Long Covid symptoms.
People who said they had Long Covid tended to have more symptoms and a greater impact on daily life.
Even when symptoms were described as “mild”, they could still affect everyday activities over the long term.
Full recovery is not guaranteed, and some people continue to experience symptoms for years.
Overall, this study suggests that Long Covid can persist for several years, particularly for healthcare workers.

N95 and KN95 respirators may look similar, but they are certified to different national standards. Both are designed to provide a high level of filtration, with each rated to filter at least 95% of specified test particles. (Smart Air)
