An interesting piece was published in the Morning Star on Long Covid Awareness Day (15/3/25).

The NHS national infection prevention and control guidance across the UK continues to say Covid spreads primarily through ‘droplet and touch’. This is out of line with what the World Health Organization (WHO) state which discuss  airborne transmission. The paper concludes that this error is putting vulnerable patients and healthcare workers at unnecessary risks.
